Pepper Pizza Bites

Ingredients

1 English muffin, split

2 teaspoons olive oil

¼ cup grated Dofino® Havarti with Dill

Cracked black pepper

2 strips roasted red peppers

Methods

Toast the English muffin. Arrange them cut side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle tops with olive oil and cover with cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Top with a slice of roasted red pepper just before serving.
